What it means: A tool was shared with you, but not with expose_spec: true, so host.tool_spec_shared can't read its source.

Likely cause: The owner shared it for calling only (the default), not for forking.

Fix: You can still call it with host.tool_call; ask the owner to re-share with expose_spec: true if you need to read the spec.
